About Us

board

Australia Ratings' governance structure includes two independent directors with market experience. We see this as best practice and the two independent directors compliment the one executive director.

The Board meets four times a year to oversee the business, check compliance with the terms of its AFSL, and validate that the business has followed the rating policies and practices in ratings and other services that we provide.
